Muscle Imbalances are One of the Major Lower Back Pain Causes

In this video, Jesse Cannone, from LosetheBackPain.com, discusses the biggest physical cause of various types of back, neck and sciatic pain. OneĀ  of the things that most people don’t realize is that muscle imbalances pull our bodies out of alignment and out of their normal healthy position and basically create what we call dysfunctions . This is one of the major lower back pain causes.

Jesse discusses and demonstrates one of the most common dysfunctions. This particular dysfunction is the most common cause of lower back pain.

Lower back pain causes

Postural dysfunctions , which have a negative effect on your posture, are the result of muscle imbalances. Abnormal alignment of the pelvis and abnormal curvature of the spine are common dysfunctions. These lower back pain causes and misalignment increase wear and tear on the joints, muscles, ligaments and even the discs.

A very important point to remember is that, barring trauma, lower back pain causes do not happen overnight.

Even if you become symptomatic very quickly, it takes a very long time for the condition to show up and your back finally gives way and you start to experience pain.
